      Directions: This product was made for ages 4 and up. Shake well before use. Take directly by mouth or add to juice. Use the following chart to assess dosage.

      Dosage chart for Vitamin C, Based on Recommended Dietary Allowances, established by the Institute of Medicine, Food and Nutrition Board:

      4-8 Years:

    • Male: 25 mg = 33 drops
    • Female: 25 mg = 33 drops

      9-13 Years:

    • Male: 45 mg = 60 drops
    • Female: 45 mg = 60 drops

      14-18 Years:

    • Male: 75 mg = 100 drops
    • Female: 65 mg = 87 drops
    • Pregnancy: 80 mg = 107 drops
    • Lactation: 115 mg = 153 drops

      19+ Years:

    • Male: 90 mg = 120 drops
    • Female: 75 mg = 100 drops
    • Pregnancy: 85 mg = 113 drops
    • Lactation: 120 mg = 160 drops

      1 pump typically fills the dropper about 1/2 of the way.
