Dry Vitamin A & D
Nature's Way combines vitamins A & D because of their fat soluble nature, and their relationship to bone physiology. This product contains no added artificial ingredients or preservatives. The dry form of vitamins promote easy absorption.
Usage: Both vitamins are involved in the cycles of mineral and hormone balance which help to maintain normal bone formation and density. In addition, Vitamin A is an important nutrient in maintaining cell membrane integrity, normal vision and reproduction.
Directions: Take one capsule daily with a meal or water.

Warning: Women who are pregnant or likely to become pregnant should not exceed recommended dosage. Ingestion of more than 10,000 IU of Vitamin A from Retinol may cause birth defects.
