In a published human clinical trial, healthy adults took equal amounts of either a standard softgel capsule containing CoQ10 suspension in oil, powder-filled hardshell CoQ10 capsules, powder–based CoQ10 tablets, or a highly-solubilized CoQ10 softgel manufactured using the same process as Twinsorb™ CoQ10. Comparatively, the bio-availability of the highly solubilized form of CoQ10 like that used in Twinsorb™ CoQ10 was significantly higher than the levels with the other three forms of CoQ10 . The Twinsorb™ softgels are easy to swallow and dissolve quickly in the digestive system.
