The TheraNeem® Lice Comb is made from ABS plastic which is durable and strong, yet flexible enough to glide smoothly over the scalp while the comb’s unique square faced teeth improve grip on lice and nits. The comb is designed in this way because metal combs which come to a point at the end of the teeth can more easily scratch the scalp, and may also let more young lice (nymphs) and nits slip through.
