  • Valerian Root – an herb that has been used for centuries as a traditional sleep aid, it is thought to influence GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), a neurotransmitter in the brain that helps to promote relaxation and reduce feelings of occasional stress.
  • Lemon Balm - also known as Melissa officinalis, Lemon Balm has been traditionally used to promote relaxation.
  • L-Theanine - an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves, particularly in green tea, L-Theanine is known for its ability to promote relaxation.

    These studied ingredients all work to help you fall asleep, and to stay asleep, so you wake feeling rested and ready to take on the day.

    Our sleep formulas are available in two varieties, one with 2 mg of Melatonin per serving, and also in a higher strength 5 mg per serving formula. Both varieties have 350 mg of our proprietary blend of Valerian Root, Lemon Balm, and L-Theanine.
