Directions: Adults and children over the age of 12: take ½ teaspoon, under the tongue, up to four times daily for up to 7 days or until symptoms subside, or as directed by a physician. Children over 4 years of age: take 1/4 tsp. 3 times a day for up to 3 days. Or take as directed by a health practitioner. For best results take away from food or drink.
