A Traditional Shaving Brush is recommended. Our Brush has dense yet impeccably soft bristles to delivery the product to every inch of hair and skin ensuring the skin is protected during shaving.

Coconut Acid
Coconut Acid is used to create the soap that cleans the skin beneath the hair follicles. This prevents skin irritations, in-growing hair and helps with acne. Whilst ensuring that there the blade has a smooth run.

Contains a mild surfactant to help boost lather, which has been derived from coconut, palm kernel oil and glucose. Helps create a thicker shaving cream.

The point is to retain the moisture in the brush so that it gets directly to your face to soften your beard hairs and open pores. So, don't tap too much excess water off the brush.

Massage into your stubble using circular brush strokes for a smooth close shave.

Health Benefits of Shaving Cream

  1. Moisturizes the Skin:

Shaving creams often contain moisturizing ingredients such as glycerin and coconut oil, which help to hydrate and soften the skin. This can prevent dryness and irritation that may occur during shaving.

  2. Protects Against Razor Burn:

The lubricating properties of shaving cream create a protective barrier between the razor and the skin, reducing the risk of razor burn and irritation.

  3. Allows for a Closer Shave:

Shaving cream helps to lift the hair follicles and soften the hair, making it easier for the razor to glide smoothly over the skin. This can result in a closer and more comfortable shave.

  4. Reduces Ingrown Hairs:

Proper lubrication from shaving cream can help to prevent ingrown hairs by allowing the razor to cut the hair cleanly without causing it to curl back into the skin.

  5. Fragrance and Aromatherapy:

Many shaving creams contain essential oils and fragrances that can provide a pleasant scent and offer aromatherapy benefits, promoting relaxation and a sense of well-being.

To get the most benefits out of using shaving cream, it is important to follow the proper steps and techniques. Here is a guide on how to use shaving cream effectively:
  1. Preparation: Before applying shaving cream, it is important to wet your skin with warm water to soften the hair and open up the pores. This will help in achieving a closer and smoother shave.
  2. Application: Take a small amount of shaving cream and lather it between your hands or use a shaving brush to apply it onto the area you want to shave. Make sure to cover the entire area evenly with a thick layer of shaving cream.
  3. Shaving: Use a sharp razor to shave in the direction of hair growth to prevent irritation and ingrown hairs. Rinse the razor frequently to ensure a clean and smooth shave.
  4. Post-Shave: After shaving, rinse off any remaining shaving cream with cool water to close the pores. Apply a soothing aftershave or moisturizer to hydrate and protect the skin.
It is important to note that the effectiveness of shaving cream also depends on the quality of the product. It is recommended to choose a shaving cream that is suitable for your skin type and contains nourishing ingredients such as aloe vera, coconut oil, or shea butter. For specific instructions on how to use a particular shaving cream product, it is best to refer to the manufacturer's guidelines or website for detailed information.
