Senna is flowering herb that grows best in tropical regions. Its leaves have been traditionally used as a laxative for occasional constipation and are often made into beneficial teas for that purpose.* Keep Nature’s Way Senna Leaves on hand when it’s time to answer the call of nature.*

Directions: Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Take 2-3 capsules with a full glass of water (8 ounces) at bedtime. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Do not take more than 2-3 capsules in a 24-hour period. Do not take longer than 7 days as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence. Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for long term use.
