OptiZinc® 30 supplies elemental zinc monomethionine, a chemically defined, patented organic compound which provides zinc and the amino acid methionine.

    Directions: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

  • Ingredients

    Ingredients: 1 Vegetarian Capsule supplies:
    Zinc 30 mg
    (from 150 mg Zinc Monomethionine)

    Other ingredients: Cellulose and vegetable stearate.

    Warning: Orally, zinc may cause nausea, vomiting, and a metallic taste in the mouth. There is concern that high daily doses above the tolerable upper intake level (UL) of 40 mg per day might increase the risk of copper deficiency. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
