    Directions: Dissolve under tongue or chew one 1000 mcg lozenge every 2 or 3 days (or one 5000 mcg lozenge every 3 or 4 days) with a meal, or as directed by your qualified health consultant. Vegetarians typically require B12 supplementation.

    Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) 5,000 mcg
