Directions: Take one serving from each bottle once a day
Keep all three servings separate until ready to use. Servings of all three probiotic products may be taken together or separately Step 1 in the morning, Step 2 at night, and Step 3 at noon.
Take with six ounces unchilled, filtered (chlorine free) water. Powders can be mixed in with the water.
Take before meals to optimize digestion.
Take at least two hours apart from herbs, garlic and prescription medication.
