Jarrow Formulas® Green Tea is water extracted and features 50% polyphenols, including 30% catechins, approximately 15% of which are the EGCG fraction. The antioxidant polyphenols in green tea support cardiovascular and immune health.
Directions: Adults take 1 capsule once a day preferably on an empty stomach or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Green Tea Leaf Extract (Camellia sinensis: 50% [250 mg] Polyphenols, 30% [150 mg] Catechins, 15% [75 mg] EGCG [Epigallocatechin Gallate]) 500 mg
Other Ingredients: Capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicified microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide.
No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.
Warning: One capsule provides approximately 40 mg of caffeine.
