Flor Essence Herbal Tea Blend

  • Directions

    Directions: Measure out 1/2 to 1 oz of tea twice daily. Dilute with an equal or double amount of unfluoridated, purified, hot or cold water. Sip slowly. Hold in mouth and chew like food before swallowing. Ideally take on an empty stomach before bed, and one hour before breakfast. Wait at least an hour before eating or drinking.

Contains no caffeine, preservatives or colourants.
