Planetary Formulas Full Spectrum Elderberry Fluid extract is made from both the flowers and berries, providing you with a full spectrum of elder activity.

  • Directions

    Directions: One teaspoon (approx. .5 ml), in cold or hot water, two to three times daily, between meals, or as recommended by your health care professional.
