Directions: Step 1: Detoxify & Capture*
In order to assist the body’s natural detoxification processes during the day,* take 2 Easy Cleanse® A.M. capsules upon waking with at least 8 oz. of purified water and a light, healthy breakfast. In late morning, take 2 more A.M. capsules with at least 8 oz. of purified water, with or before lunch.

Step 2: Cleanse & Eliminate*
To support the body’s natural cleansing processes overnight,* take 4 Easy Cleanse® P.M. capsules before bedtime with at least 8 oz. of purified water. Be sure to drink a large glass of purified water (at least 8 oz.) the following morning.

IMPORTANT: Purified water is crucial in flushing toxins. It is important to consume adequate water throughout the day to ensure complete elimination.
