7-Keto Fuel contains 3-acetyl-7-oxo-dehydroepiandrosterone (7-oxo-DHEA). In a double-blind study, overweight adults were given either 7-Keto or a placebo and told to follow a low-calorie (1,800 calories) diet for eight weeks. They also participated in an exercise-training program three times per week. Those who took 7-Keto lost a significant amount of body weight and body fat compared to those who took the placebo. Those taking the 7-Keto lost 4.4% of their body weight (about six pounds) and almost 2% body fat. DHEA is a steroid produced by the adrenal cortex. After age 25, levels of this steroid decline. Using DHEA may be harmful as it can change into testosterone, which may increase moodiness, acne, or cause the overgrowth of hair on the face, or estrogen, which could produce hair loss. To avoid these adverse side effects, use 7-oxo-DHEA (7-Keto Fuel). It is not known to produce these side effects.

Directions: Take 2-4 capsules daily. For best results, use as part of a low-fat diet and exercise program.
