Digesta-Lac® is step three in Natren®’s easy-to-use three-step system for optimal internal wellness. Digesta-Lac® contains Lactobacillus bulgaricus LB-51 super strain, 2 billion cfu per 1/2 teaspoon. Lactobacillus bulgaricus LB-51 super strain is the natural microorganism found in selected Bulgarian style yogurt that helps the body digest food more efficiently. Digesta-Lac® works in conjunction with Natren®’s other Healthy Trinity® components: Megadophilus® and Bifido Factor®.

Digesta-Lac contains Bulgaricus (lactobacillus bulgaricus), which has a catalytic-like action on acidophilus and bifidus and acts as an immune stimulant, enhances the body’s ability to metabolize lactose and other milk products, digest carbohydrates and proteins, supports the body’s ability to ease heartburn, acid indigestion and reflux, and may help lessen appetite.

Directions: One to two wafers may be taken as desired, before or after meals or during periods of indigestion. May be taken on an empty stomach also. Wafers may be carried in a purse or pocket if consumed the same day.
