Individuals who are occasionally anxious, and who eat when stressed, can have trouble maintaining an optimal weight. Relora Plus is a proprietary blend of plant extracts from Magnolia officinalis and Phellodendron amurense (two well-known botanicals used in the practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 1,500 years) along with six B vitamins, including the active forms of vitamins B2, B6, B12, and folate. Studies have demonstrated that the active plant constituents in Relora® can achieve a healthy cortisol level (cortisol is a marker of adrenal stress), support a healthy DHEA level, minimize stress-related eating, and support weight management efforts.* The six additional B vitamins in the Relora Plus formula are included to promote a positive mood and to mitigate the effects of stress.*

    INTERACTIONS
    5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) supplementation is not recommended concurrent with methotrexate cancer therapy, as it can interfere with methotrexate's anti-neoplastic activity; however, this folate source has not been shown to interfere with the anti-inflammatory activity of methotrexate. An individual taking methotrexate for psoriasis or rheumatoid arthritis can safely take a supplement containing folate.
