It’s ideal for baking since it has a much longer shelf life than liquid coconut milk and does not require refrigeration. Our coconut milk can be used in sauces, smoothies, desserts, and wherever you want to avoid dairy milk but still enjoy its rich, creamy taste.
Directions: Combine 3 tablespoons of coconut milk powder with 8 oz. of hot water and stir thoroughly. If you prefer a thicker coconut milk, simply add more coconut milk powder.
Non-Alcoholic Pina Colada Recipe
1 cup NOW Real Food® Organic Coconut Milk (rehydrated)
1 cup unsweetened frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup ice
1 tbsp NOW Real Food® Manuka Honey
1 tsp lime juice
Place all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth and frosty. Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with NOW Real Food® Shredded Organic Coconut.
