Calcium and magnesium work together in several key physiological processes. They are important in the regulation of blood pressure and are responsible for healthy muscle function. Calcium is needed for muscle contraction and magnesium for muscle relaxation. In addition, they are both components of skeletal tissue, and magnesium is necessary for calcium's absorption into the bones.*
Directions: 1 tablet 1 to 3 times daily with meals.
Ingredients: 1 Tablet supplies:
Total Carbohydrate 1 g
Vitamin D-3 (as cholecalciferol) 25 mcg (1,000 IU)
Calcium (as calcium amino acid complex) 200 mg
Magnesium (as magnesium amino acid complex) 100 mg
Sodium 5 mg
Other Ingredients: sorbitol, modified cellulose gum, stearic acid, acacia gum, and silica.
Allergies: Contains soy.
