GLA-240 is cold pressed, hexane free oil from Borage (Borago officinalis) seeds. Borage Oil is the highest potency source of gla available, at 22-25% Gammalinolenic Acid (gla). To ensure protection and product stability, Jarrow Formulas has added the antioxidant gamma Tocopherol, a vitamin E.

Directions: Take 1 to 2 softgels per day with meals, or as directed by your qualified health consultant.
