Hans Nieper, MD, was a well known innovator of "Active Mineral Transport," the use of specific amino acid chelators to deliver minerals to specific sites in the body. He identified aspartate and orotate as active mineral transport chelators, providing unprecedented rates of mineral absorption and yielding unique therapeutic benefits.
