This rich effective moisturizing creme is for natural balance and comfort. It can be alternated daily with Ultra Harmony. Natural progesterone is combined with 660 mg chaste tree berry, plant estrogen extracts of; 6000 mg wild yam, black cohosh, dong quai, licorice, liposomes anti-oxidants vitamins A, C, and E, joboba oil, squalane and allantoin. Made to Dr. John Lee's recommended amount of progesterone as mentioned in his book.

    Directions: Gently rub a small amount (1/8 -1/2 teaspoon) on clean skin (wrists, under arm, inner thighs, belly, neck, face) twice daily. Adjust according to individual needs. Menstruating women: apply 1-2 weeks before day one of cycle; non-menstruating women apply any 3 weeks each month. Fragrance free, hypo allergenic, non-irritating. Not tested on animals.
