Shii-Lem is a unique cultured extract of the growing cells (mycelia) of the shiitake (Lentinus edodes) before it becomes a mushroom. Animal studies and in vitro studies have shown that shiitake extract may support the immune system.
Directions: 1 to 2 tablets daily or up to 8 tablets if desired. Take on an empty stomach, with water or juice. If two or more tablets are taken, divide the dose between morning and night.
Ingredients: 1 tablet supplies: Lentinus edodes Mycelia Extract 100 mg.
Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, stearic acid and magnesium stearate.
