ZAND Changes for Women® has been clinically formulated by Dr. Janet Zand OMD, LAc., to help alleviate the common symptoms women experience during menopause such as hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, stress, sleeplessness and fatigue. In addition, these formulas provide vitamin and mineral supplements specific for women's health needs. Taking just one Day and one Night capsule daily will help to bring balance to the body's changing hormone levels, provide cardiovascular support and assist bones to absorb calcium. This product may be taken along with other women's health supplements.
Directions: Take 1 Day Formula capsule in the morning 1/2 hour before eating. Take 1 Night Formula capsule in the evening 1/2 hour before eating. Store at room temperature (55-85°F). Does not need refrigeration.
