Directions: 1 dropper (20-40 drops) or 1 tbsp (15ml), two to three times daily. May be taken as often as six times daily during periods of intense work and prior to athletic competition.
Ingredients: ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER SERVING: A 1/2 tsp. proprietary blend of an extract of Eleuthero (Siberian) ginseng root, Astragalus root, American Ginseng root, Ginkgo leaf, Codonopsis root, Fo-Ti root and Licorice root.
