GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) 80 mg
Taurine (as magnesium taurine complex) 45 mg
Glycine 40 mg
Melatonin 3 mg
Other Ingredients: sorbitol, mannitol, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, natural orange flavor, magnesium stearate, and silica.
