CLA contains conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a unique optical isomer of the polyunsaturated fatty acid linoleic acid. CLA is a lipid component of cell membranes and breast milk. Although dietary sources of CLA typically include red meat and dairy products, Jarrow FORMULAS® CLA is derived from safflower oil. Two CLA 750 softgels offer the CLA equivalent of 38 slices of cheese. CLA has been shown in animal experiments to assist in glucose metabolism, body fat reduction and enhancement/retention of lean body mass (muscle).

Directions: Take 3-4 softgels per day with meals, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.

Ingredients: 1 Softgel supplies: Calories (energy) 10 Kcal, Total Fat (750 mg Conjugated Linoleic Acid, a polyunsaturated fat 18:2, from 1,000 mg safflower oil containing a minimum of 75-82% CLA) 1 g 2%, Conjugated Linoleic Acid 750 mg, Safflower oil base 250 mg.
Other Ingredients: Mixed tocopherols. Softgel consists of gelatin, glycerin, water and natural caramel color (added as a light barrier).
No wheat, no gluten, no soy, no dairy, no egg, no fish/shellfish, no nuts/tree nuts.
