Directions: Take 1 heaping Tbsp in juice or water as often as desired. Blend or shake vigorously. To dissolve more easily, add the powder to 1-2 oz. warm water, shake and then add the remainder of the liquid. Great in smoothies, mixed in hot cereals, or sprinkled on yogurt. Safe for all ages.
